Residents are responsible for paying the utilities as indicated on the lease agreement. No more hassling over who signs up for the electric bill and getting money out of your roommates. Each resident will sign up with SimpleBills and pay them directly. SimpleBills will divide the bill among all residents residing in the apartment so you will pay your portion directly to them. This makes it convenient for everyone for paying their portion of the bill. Detailed information about how to set up your account with SimpleBills will be provided prior to your scheduled lease start date.
